- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was placed on hold for nearly half an hour with this branch inside the Albertsons. I was on hold long enough to drive over there and see four employees; only two of which were helping customers, one looking over another's shoulders, and one literally picking her nails and looking bored. I believe that if I had not showed up they would have left me on hold for another half hour or more until closing and left me hanging. Also a teller there misinformed me about the effects of closing a credit line on my checking account. Then when I went in to resolve it (still on that long hold), all they would do is wave the fees incurred for twelve months or change me to another account that would still have fees. If you want to have bankers and tellers that are actually knowledgeable and care about you, go to a different branch. Or even a different bank.By Nathan Wobbe, April 11, 2017
