  Been coming to H &R Block for over 10 years. Last year I was out of state so they offered me a half price discount to come back this year since I'm now living in Eugene again. I took my return in and since she couldn't finish it that day she told me it would be ready in 2 days. Never heard back from her, so I called 3 times which took 2 weeks to finally get her to call me back. I went in and now they say the promo expired and they will not honor it. They called me for my business, she didn't call me back for 2 weeks, now the won't honor their promotion and wanted to charge me $456.00 to file my return. The so called manager wouldn't even come talk to me, just hid in his cubical. Thanks H & R Block and your so called manager David for nothing but wasting my time. Never again will I use H & R Block!
