  Everyone there has been very helpful & knowledgeable. I have been there many times doing projects for our business. Tip: You can pay for a key in advance and for $40 you can get 4 cent copies.

  Wish I could give it a zero. I was working across the street at target fixing a computer. My company always sends parts to the store with a pretty paid lable for me to send it back. I walked to this store to drop it off, and the lady wanted money to drop off a pre paid package. I been to UPS locations from k-falls to Vancouver dropping of used parts, and I have NEVER have been asked for money to drop something off! Do yourself a favor, head to the UPS store in Springfield. They are super nice and will go out of their way to help you out! I will make sure to go out of my way just to avoid this place from now on. They can say it's up to them to charge if they want to, but bad business choices is bad business. (I'm sure the workers there are nice, but I don't trust the place anymore)

  Everyone working in this store was fantastic. I went in to get copies and a banner made for a fundraiser that I am organizing for a family member battling a terminal disease. The owner was very kind and he made sure everything I needed was taken care of. The banner I ordered was finished within a couple hours of leaving the store so I as able to pick it up the same day and it looked exactly as I had hoped. Everything about my experience was great. I will gladly drive from Thurston to W. 11th next time I need anything like this done again.
