- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆BEWARE!!!!! I first had Angela Peck at this office prepare my taxes. Even as untrained person I realized she had done them wrong. A senior agent took over, Cindy Shewell. She assured me she knew how to do them correctly. She was wrong. When I had the next year's taxes figured by a different agency the previous year was reviewed and found to be wrong again!!! It resulted in me owing 2K more with no apology or refund on the $600 they charged me to do them wrong! Here is what you need to know, you must pay $40 to guarantee their work !!! And trying to get any response from the corporate level has resulted in an endless loop of promised contact but no actual response.By Julia Bowlin, June 04, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had a pleasant experience at this office. The reseptionists were kind and welcoming and the gentleman that took care of my amended return was timely, respectful and thorough.
