  Always available. When we had water damage to our house. Dennis was there and got the clean up started immediately. He has always been there when ever we need assistance. We've been with Dennis for 22 years. We even moved from Eugene to Redmond. Because of the outstanding services Dennis and his colleagues provide, We feel we are in good hands and have no plans of leaving. Thanks Dennis

  When My previous Allstate agent left the company, no one thought to notify his customers. Now I have a claim that has only been 1/2 paid and the agent and receptionist who took over for him won't even extend me the courtesy of giving me their email or helping me at all. They just keep telling us to call the 1-800 number. Considering that this is a company that spends millions advertizing that I am "In Good Hands" they can't even seem to grasp the basics of customer service. I feel more taken advantage of, than "in good hands" I will be taking my insurance policy elsewhere and I would recommend that others do the same. 0 out of 5 stars from me.
