- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wish there was an option to give 1/4 star but even that would be excessive for this office. The only thing that exceeds their complete indifference to the customer is their level of rudeness. All the good employees who used to work in this office have left or retired over the years and starting about 1-1/2 years ago or so the quality of employee and service has reached unfathomable lows. Today was yet another act of frustration as I was at first ignored at the "pick up window" and then got to experience the rudeness of an older employee who feels she is untouchable, can't lose her job, so she treats the customers accordingly.By Dave Hardie, April 25, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst service I've ever received. They stopped delivering my mail to my address about a year ago and I have literally no joke been in there five times and talked to supervisors and management in order to get my mail delivered to my address again to no avail.
