- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These people are deceitful. Unhelpful. They overcharge and in general do not care about properly giving you good service. Closed on a house that I was paying CASH for. They took well over a month to do anything. Never returned phone calls. LIED constantly about having actually called my realtor, myself, and the Land management company. Due to them very poorly handling my case and not caring about it. I was forced to pay rent and fees on two different properties. Then on top of all of this they charged me nearly 2000 dollars in fees for a 13,000 dollar property. I am still considering getting a lawyer.By Rory Young, August 30, 2017
