- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely TERRIBLE TERRIBLE human beings with absolutely no work ethic or compassion. They also posses a TOTAL LACK of coordination, organization, and motivation to get the job done. I am on SSID, and I almost died waiting for their service - and now I am having to work out problems with my own case worker REDIRECTING MY MAIL WITHOUT PERMISSION. Now I have not been getting important mail because of a bad case worker, named Christine Greenly who works for them. She has been nothing but an absolute detriment to my ability to get anything done weather in person or over the phone. She has even seen fit to personally call members of my family who are not emergency contacts to harass them to get information she is not privy to. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the actions taken by the terrible people who work down there. Absolutely horrible, unfriendly people though and through. Never have I had a more unpleasant experience of bureaucratic overreach.By Sutesh Atreides, March 21, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'd give them zero stars if it were possible. My granddaughters entered the system. I filled out all the paperwork to be included, if appreciate, and informed of all the hearing, etc. After the initial interview, I heard absolutely nothing! NOT ONE WORD! I found out that they had been placed for adoption by a third party. I still have no idea if the decision is final. When I called the case worker, I got a recording. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This office is full of people with no knowledge so dhs procedure and treat your case with the least importance!!! If you are engaged in services but not to your case workers standards, they will deny transportation for you! If you express your problems with attending services is due to transportation that does not matter according to Lene Ferrari a current dhs case worker. Dhs won't change your case worker no matter how many request or follow up on why you request a change. Willamette dhs building is unprofessional and unorganized!!!!By Marcus Post, December 26, 2016
